Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for your “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate the next appointment. You will be charged for the “full” session.

Please understand that my schedule is very busy and I do not have an assistant.  I will get back to you as soon as I can.  Texting and Emailing will yield a quicker response then a phone call.  I am able to text and email between appointments but I often do not have enough time to return a phone call.
