Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for your “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate the next appointment. You will be charged for the “full” session.

Beginner One on One Fitness Training

What the heck does this even mean?! I know, I know it sounds funny, BUT...


I can't wait to get you started on your fitness journey. It is my goal to work with people who are just starting out.


If you are in a place where you know that you need change in your life, but you just don't know where or when to start.


Easy! the "when" is now, and the "where" is with me. I can help you! 


As someone who has started over and re-started over so many times I know all to well what you are probably going through. Man-o-man it can be overwhelming. I don't want you to feel overwhelmed, that will only continue your delayed progress. It's time to take action. 


I understand that so many people want to do things like: Bootcamp, a 5K, a Half Marathon, Triathlon, or even Crossfit.  But, there is an inner voice, a limiting belief that is telling you that your just not ready. That you're not fit enough to give it a try. That you need to "train" so that you can start training for your goal. To some degree you're right, these goals can be very intimidating and these classes can be scary for someone just starting out. 


This is where I come in!!!


I am here to be that middle man, I am not necessarily going to make you into a champion.  That's not my goal. It is my goal to teach you the vocabulary, the basic fundamental movements, boost your confidence and ultimately send you on your way to become the fittest YOU that you can be. 


I also have so many contacts in the local fitness industry so we will have no problem when its time to find your perfect fit.
